Small batch, single origin

Amrithive works directly with beekeepers across the Western Ghats, the lower Himalayas and the Sundarbans. Every harvest is cold-extracted at the hive, gravity settled through muslin and bottled within 72 hours.

Never heated, never ultra-filtered

Heat and ultra-filtration strip honey of the enzymes and pollen that make it valuable, so we do neither. Crystallisation in your jar is proof of that.
